My Precious Brothers!
In the verse I read Almighty Lord Allah says: "For them who have done good is the best [reward] and extra. No darkness will cover their faces, nor humiliation. Those are companions of Paradise; they will abide therein forever. "1
In the hadith sharif I read, Prophet (PBUH) says: "Whoever asks for something in Allah's Name, give it to him; if anyone seeks refuge in Allah's Name, give him refuge; if anyone gives you an invitation, accept it; and if anyone does you a kindness, recompense him; but if you have not the wherewithal to do, so, pray for him until you feel that you have recompensed him."2
One dayThe Prophet (peace be upon him) said:, "Every Muslim has to give in charity." The people then asked: "(But what) if someone has nothing to give, what should he do?" The Prophet replied: "He should work with his hands and benefit himself and also give in charity (from what he earns)." The people further asked: "If he cannot find even that?" He replied: "He should help the needy who appeal for help." Then the people asked: "If he cannot do (even) that?" The Prophet said finally: "Then he should perform good deeds and keep away from evil deeds, and that will be regarded as charitable deeds." 3
Mercy Prophet (PBUH), with these words, drew our attention to the inexhaustible variety goodness. According to him, all behavior that leads to God's approval is goodness. First of all the goodness is to be aware of the goal of our lives, to make the goodness dominant in the world. to strive to make the World a paradise for each other.
The Messenger of Allah, herald that every good work is a charity. The goodness is to share sorrow, joy and absence of others, to behave compassionately to all animate and inanimate creatures. Goodness is to provide justice for oppressed, to help the victim, to be hope for innocent, to be home for homeless. Goodness, is to extend a helping hand to the harded up, to caress the head of an orphan. Goodness, is sometimes to show the way to straying, sometimes, to eliminate harmful things on the road. Sometimes, to smile to someone, to bring smile to someone’s face, to reconcile offended. Goodness sometimes, to pray sincerely for our brothers.
Dear Brothers and Sisters!
Today, is second day of Ramadan Month. Ramadan, every year cames with a new life, in a new spirit. Ramadan is a school educating us. This is a school of piety, mercy, forgiveness and purification. There is charity, generosity, altruism in this school. There is mutualization in this school, no one can go to bed while someone hungry, no matter where in the world. There is humanity's peace and happiness in this school, to share the blessings and provisions we have for the unity of Muslims; There is building bridges between hearts. Ramadan, presents the social justice, knowledge and wisdom integrated morality, kindness kneaded in sincerity to the humanity. Whoever aspire to this school adequately, gains a spirit, freed of all bondages, an independent mind and a heart adorned with virtues.

Ramadan, teaches us to do the good to himself, his Lord, his family, the poor, orphans, refugees, the elderly, in short, the whole of creation.
We need to express with regret that a significant part of today's world struggling to meet basic needs in hunger, poverty and fear. Goodness and alturism is almost oblivion, we live in a globe held by wars, invasions, colonialism, as violence and massacres are their extremely on the rise. And we know that, it is the duty and responsibility of each of us as believers , to reach desperate people in need, looking for a hand of aid.
Everyone who say "I am Muslim," should mobilize to reeastablish goodness in the realm of hearts and the whole geography of the world. Each believer, starting from himself to his closest circles, must work confidently to be key for goodness and lock for evil.
Our Presidency of Religious Affairs, every Ramadan carries on the agenda, a value makes human beings human. Thus, we try to create a social awareness of this issue and intensify attention there. This Ramadan with the theme "Time for goodness, this Ramadan and Always" the "goodness" will be discussed. Because goodness, is not a value only for our country, the whole world needs it.
With these thoughts and feelings, we ask God to make Ramadan cause for peace, tranquility, justice and mercy for our nation and the Muslim World twisted in pain.
